Shipping

How do I track my order?

Order tracking numbers are sent by email as soon as the label has been created. Please allow at least 24 hours for an update. Once you have received the email, click on the tracking number to see where your package is.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically shipped same day if the order is placed before 2pm. If the order is placed after 2pm, it will be shipped the following business day.

Do you ship orders on weekends?

Unfortunately we do not ship orders on weekends. All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Priority or Expedited Shipping takes approximately 4-10 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Are your products authentic or clones/replicas?

Do you offer price matching?

Yes, we offer price matching. If you find a lower price at any of our competitors (eBay excluded), send an email to higreservice@gmail.com and we will revise the pricing for you.

How often do you restock items?

Depending on the product, some items are restocked weekly while others are never restocked again.

Products you can expect to be restocked on a consistent basis are items such as socks, shinguards, balls, equipment, first aid supplies, and long running shoe styles.

Products that you should not expect a restock for are certain colors of shoes that change year to year and jerseys which also tend to change year to year. For these items, we highly recommend that you place your order sooner rather than later as once they sell out, they will no longer be restocked.

We have hundreds of items in our catalog that have not yet been uploaded to our website as well as a wide network of distributors, manufacturers and retail partners. Chances are that if we do not have an item listed online, we may still be able to get it to you and at a very reasonable price.
